It is important that once you have finished the claim process on our site you wait 5 working days for the prize to be added to your casino account, this delay is due to the process of the marketing departments at the casino crediting your account. The Customer support department will NOT know about the prizes so there is no point in you contacting them.
If after waiting 5 Days from when you have claimed your prize you still have not had it credited to your casino account please contact us with your casino username / account number and we will be happy to follow it up to help you get your prize.
