I have received several emails this week from players complaining they have not received their prizes from recent tournaments sponsored by Superior Casino, it turns out that your prizes have been left with the casino cashier rather than placed in your accounts as most of the other casinos do. Once you have received notification in your claim area that your claim have been accepted to retrieve your prize your prize login to your casino account and then go to the cashier and request your prize. I do not know why but tournament prizes seem to have been taking a little longer that usual to come through lately, in view of this I would ask you to please keep an eye on your claim page, if the casino has any query with regards to your claim they will post a message there and you will be able to respond directly to the correct person at the casino. As many of you have found out most casino's normal help desks are not aware of our tournaments as the casinos have other departments that process them.
